Shipping policy

All orders ship from Florida Monday - Friday. Orders placed before 2 pm EST will be shipped the same day barring any unforeseen delays (weather delays, order verification etc.).

We ship UPS ground (1-5 days), 2 business days, and Next Day (1 business day)

Please note that the shipping time frame provided is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. While we do our best to ensure timely processing and dispatch, delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather or carrier-related delays. Once your order has left our shipping department, it is in the care of the carrier, who will manage final delivery based on current conditions.

International Shipping 

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Next Day Pickup – Locals Only

Are you local and want to pick up your order from LU’BOHN®? click "Local Pickup" under delivery at checkout. Orders will be ready for pick up the next day. Orders can be picked up inside BeYOUtiful Concept Salon Monday-Friday from 9:30am-5pm (eastern time) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!  If you need same day pickup please DM us on Instagram and we will do our best to accommodate.

BeYOUtiful Concept Salon is located at 717 E Palmetto Park Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33486.

Our Policy on Lost or Stolen Packages:

LU’BOHN is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Please be aware that we are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped. To safeguard your order, we strongly encourage adding shipping protection during checkout. If you opted for this coverage and your package does not arrive or is reported stolen, we’ll assist you in submitting a claim and help facilitate a replacement or refund according to the terms of the coverage.
