Refund policy

At LU'BOHN, we are committed to delivering high-quality hair products and exceptional customer service. We understand that occasionally, a return may be necessary, and we aim to make this process as seamless as possible. Please review our refund and return policy below for detailed information.

Refunds

Extensions:

You may request a return through your account within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be unopenedunused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, including all attached tags.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to you via First Class Mail. Approved returns are processed on the following Friday after the return review.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card institution.

Please Note: If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we are unable to offer a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account for updates.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card institution, as processing times can vary.
  3. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@lubohn.com for further assistance.

Afterpay

Refunds processed through Afterpay may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution. Refunds will be returned to the card used for each installment. If multiple cards were used, it's normal for refunded amounts to appear at different times.

If your card has been canceled, please contact your bank. Often, funds are held in an unallocated account and can be reassigned to your correct account by a bank representative.

Gift with Purchase

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. If your purchase included a promotional gift, the gift item must be returned along with the original order to process the refund.

Exchanges

While we do not offer direct exchanges, we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, please contact us at info@lubohn.com.
